Great way to build vocabulary and understand its context. Well designed.

The whole series is a very nice language learning tool. Especially the use of native speakers is helpful. A bit on the expensive side if you opt for the full version and I hope they extend the vocabulary soon to better justify the price. The free version is absolutely 5 stars.

This app has great potential and I would give 4 stars, but I am frustrated by the lack of sync between the iPhone and iPad versions which seem to be at variance with each other... I like the daily word or phrase update on the lite version, wish that this was more fully realized in the paid version. Maybe it is? My iPhone 4 seems confused between the two versions. If you sort that out then 4 stars

I love the concept of word of the day but lots of the words it teaches are either very similar to English words or are words that would offend Thai people if you used them. The data banks of themed words are also good for basic conversation, but not advanced enough for my personal needs.

I combined it with a few other apps and got a fairly good understanding of Thai. I stopped using the others, but still look forward to the new word every day. Nice, I am able to add to my previous comment. I recently went from a 16GB iPad to a 32GB iPad in the transition lost my "words of the day" which had accumulated over over five months. That part of the app had become one of my favorite features, as it uses the words in a variety of sentences.

Great app! Voice recorder is excellent. Word pictures and sample sentences build on one another to develop a strong vocab and grammar base. Only suggestion is to have the flashcards be audible not just dependent on being able to read the language. Id like my course score to reflect if I can hear and understand rather then read and understand.

You get one word every day getting better every day why not it is free!

I cannot use the play audio key after your ver.up on 2 Aug. Bad ver.up

Audio got disabled after the update. Need to re-updated!

Nice app even free is nice. Word of the day needs easy scroll to previous and next. Will be fun to have russian users support :)

A lot of words to learn.Even more helpful if you have a paid account

The full version is decent, though it needs some fine-tuning. But to sell a one-word version for $0.99 without knocking a dollar off of the linked premium version feels a bit shady. Just my opinion. Make the light one free and update the bugs in the full version, and Id probably rate five stars.

I like the idea of this app Ive tried a lot & it helps pretty good, sometimes it freezes but a restart fixes it

I really like this app! Even though Lao & Thai is very similar, I wish they made a Lao app too!!

Receiving daily Thai words/expression is a great way to take in Thai learning I look to getting my new words at midnight every night

was working well but shuts down by itself since a week ago. cannot open now.
